Highlands and Islands Experience
Day 1
Once you have landed safely at either Glasgow or Edinburgh airport, you will be met by your Personal Tour Driver who will transport you via the Bonnie, Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond to your 4* Home from Home Culzean House. Here you can unwind after your travels in the Hot Tub and Sauna before Chef prepares your evening meal. Relax and soak up the atmosphere of the hills surrounding you at Glen Finart.
Day 2
Awake to a Full Scottish Breakfast before being collected by your guide to start your tour of Bonnie Scotland. Today we will visit Inverary with its beautiful Castle and its historic Jail. On our way we will visit Loch Fyne Oysters and the ancient Standing Stones. We then return to Culzean for a special evening meal that you will never forget.
Day 3
Today we bid farewell to Culzean after our full Scottish Breakfast as we head off to Stirling where we will visit the Castle and perhaps have Lunch in the Great Hall Vaults before exploring the Wallace Monument. We will then head on to our Hotel for our evening Meal.
Day 4
After our Full Scottish Breakfast, we head up into the Highlands via Peth, Dunkeld and Pitlochry and on to Aviemore and the Cairngorms for our evening meal and overnight stay in our first Highland Hotel.
Day 5
Today after breakfast, we are on our way past Loch Ness to Skye where we will stay in the Balmacara Mains not far from Eilean Donnan Castle.
Day 6
After a hearty Scottish Breakfast, we join the Skye Cruise for a leisurely tour around the beautiful Isle before a little further exploration of Island life. We then return to Balmacara for our Dinner.
Day 7
Awake to our wonderful Scottish Breakfast before spending the day visiting Skye and the beautiful Castles and Gardens
Day 8
Today after breakfast, we bid farewell to Skye and head back through the Highlands visiting Fort Augustus, Invergarry, Spean Bridge on to Glencoe before heading for our Highland retreat for Dinner.
Day 9
Our Final Day, after breakfast, we head through Stirling and on to Edinburgh where we will visit the famous Edinburgh Castle and Rosslyn Chapel. We can even visit the Royal Mile before heading on to our final nights stay in your Scottish Hotel.
Day 10
Today you return home with many wonderful memories of an ancient Scotland.
